I rarely have a white background

I wanted to use this app when Im out in the wild, on a hike. But the app requires you to place the leaf on a white background for identification. I suppose I could start taking paper with me on hikes, but better would be if it required a neutral background, like granite or dirt. That is, be less fussy, so long as you can distinguish the lead from its background.
